Working Memory Protocol

For trained EMDR therapists only. Please choose from Counting Mode or Reading Mode.

In Counting mode, the app allows the therapist to use counting (for example the 2 or 3 times table) to tax working memory while triggering eye movements.

Please use Settings page to choose times table or set background image.

You can add a focus or target for your EMDR session in the field below.

Sets which times table (e.g. 2 or 3) is displayed, alternating left and right, when Counting mode is selected.

Auto — the app will automatically ask the user 'What do you notice?' after each set of eye movements, and after every third set it will ask the user to rate their level of disturbance (SUDS).

Manual — the app will not stop eye movements on a timer. Instead the user (for example the therapist) will click 'Pause' every time they want to stop the moving dot.
